About Jackie
Jackie Salmon has been a major contributor in the retirement industry for over 40 years. Trained as a pension actuary, she later developed ESOP expertise as her key specialty. Jackie is adept at coming alongside C-Suite executives to consult with them on their ESOP. She has held leadership roles and has served on various Boards of Directors over her career, including a pension consulting firm, several not-for-profits, and more recently, ESOP companies.
Jackie holds BS and MS degrees from Indiana University.
Her career duties have included actuarial work, setting up new lines of business through new software implementation, serving as head of consulting department and ESOP National practice leader, meeting sales goals, and frequent public speaking. Her key strengths: professionalism, trustworthiness, responsiveness.
